1. Construction of Durga Bhawan at Bhawan for increasing the accommodation of Yatris.
2. Multipurpose Audio-Video System of SMVDSB track.
3. Underground Cabling Project on SMVDSB track.
4. Construction of Administrative Block & Faculty Blocks of SMVDCoN.
5. CCTV Surveillance Project on SMVDSB track.
6. Redesigning of Bhojanalayas on SMVDSB track.
7. Slope Stabilization Project on SMVDSB track to ensure safe yatra route.
8. Exit track extension at Bhawan.
9. Track widening between X-Ray point at Gate No.3 and Army Gate.
10. Re-routing of Yatra near Bhairon Ji Mandir.
